fragmentation seems to be 41%

Hi,

As seen in the attached picture, fragmentation seems to be 41%. There is a database server on this VM. The disk structure is ZFS.
Will this disk cause me problems in the future?
Is there any work I should do about this?

this is just a measure of how segmented the free space on that pool is. it can affect performance if it gets very high, but it's not something you usually have to worry about.
