formatted proxmox, how to restore backup please help me

That depends. Is there something on it you still need? If not I would just wipe the disk and create a fresh new storage on it. For example in WebUI: "YourNode -> Disks -> sdb -> Wipe Disk Button" to destroy everything on it. Then "YourNode -> Disks -> LVM-Thin -> Create: Thin pool" to create a new LVM-Thin storage on it.

Okay, but this disk is just the storage of the VMs, but when doing that, it gives this error in the GUI:

error wiping '/dev/sdb': 209715200 bytes (210 MB, 200 MiB) copied, 2.21614 s, 94.6 MB/s

Maybe that SSD is damaged too? You could initiate a smart test with smartctl -t long /dev/sdb and check the SMART attributes with smartctl -a /dev/sdb.

Any command I use to format the partition always gives an error like this, see:

root@oraculo:~# fdisk /dev/sdb

Welcome to fdisk (util-linux 2.36.1).
Changes will remain in memory only, until you decide to write them.
Be careful before using the write command.

Command (m for help): d

Am I right assuming that both of your SSDs are Kingston A400?
If yes, google for: Kingston A400 SATAFIRM S11
Seems one of your SSDs has a known bug/problem and a firmware update maybe can fix it.
But investigate for yourself and be careful to not brick anything!

PS.: You maybe should check for an firmware update for the other (functional) SSD too, to not run in the same issue.
But again, read carefully! E.g. if the firmware update erases the drive or such!

Also sounds like your first NAND cells starts failing if I look at the SMART attributes like Erase_Fail_Count_Total. So maybe that SSD might not life that much longer.

I see, I already requested the purchase of a new SSD.
But I leave here my huge thanks, your help was really of great value.
Thank you so much for the goodwill!
You were phenomenal.
