I have a cluster of 3 nodes. But I want only 2 nodes to participate in the migration for the virtual machine. 3 node I want to be forced to be the arbiter always.
How can this be done?
Or how can you forcibly register an arbitrator somewhere?
So the 3rd node is not powerful enough to run VMs? In that case the QDevice mechanism is what you want. You will have to install the corosync-qnetd daemon on that 3rd node (available as package for most Linux distributions) and on the PVE nodes the corosync-qdevice package.
This way, the 3rd node does not need to be a full PVE installation but will just provide an additional vote to the cluster.
