Scenario is this:
I created a VM and accidentally didn't uncheck Backup? from the config on of a 3.2TB NAS. An attempted backup last nigh of all Guests meant that the whole backup storage filled up. Garbage collection says there is 900GB in a Pending state.
I believe I have to now sit and wait and hope that the 24hrs after it was marked pending it will get deleted. This seems unnecessary angst.
Surely it would not be complicated to add Permanently Remove option to Garbage Collection, or a button to immediately remove chunks in a pending state.
Sitting and waiting to see what happens is not a very effective support strategy (and in the meantime, any backups will fail)
Can we get this feature request acknowledged and added?
