Hello

I have the following doubt, when creating the discs in proxmox, all the discs are "dynamic", they do not occupy the space.

I can create a fixed disk, which occupies the entire space when creating the server.

The performance is better or it is indifferent

I think with ZFS and LVM-Thin (default) there is no difference. If you use qcow2 there is a little bit performance loss.
For really fixed size choose LVM as storage, or choose RAW in "Directorystorage" (normal Folder) or ZFS without Thinprovisioning. But then you loose the snapshotfeature (not in ZFS). In my eyes, it makes no sense to use fixed size.
