First Full Backup Locally

Hello,

Is it possible to make this with PBS :
1- Make the first Full Complete Backup on a temporary locally PBS

2- Sync this locally PBS with a remote PBS on the cloud (By moving the locally PBS to another location with a better Wan Fiber)

3- Remove the locally PBS and continue to backup directly (PVE to the PBS in the cloud) on the remote PBS (by reusing the first backup that had been synchronized between the local PBS and remote PBS in step 2)

yes i see why not, you may lose the dirty-bitmap information (though i am not sure of that) since the pbs changed, but otherwise it should work

if the first full backup cannot be done completely (wan lost for example) in one go, the next backup starts over from the beginning. Is there a possibility to resume ?

no, while the chunks would already be in the datastore, without the completed backup there is no index and thus the client has no idea which chunks to send or not and must send all
