That already exists, albeit a bit indirect. The autoloading + autoscrolling only happens if you are at the scrolled down at the newest entries, if you scroll a bit up it should stay there.

but the quantity of the text is usually too long for a normal screen and till looking the live logs , the right side of the logs move to left each time the log is updated.
Could be an option to add the "open in a new window" without frames ,
opening it in a new page is possible to zoom out the page from the browser
