As the title suggests I have a problem with the Acronis Cyber Protect Virtual Host. I am able to install the acronis agent in my proxmox host using terminal, and the machine is recognized in the acronis console center, however just after the acronis agent installation a message pops saying that the backup is unable to be activated because a firewall has been detected in the system, the problem is i have no firewall in my machine. Could someone suggest a solution to this probem, thank you in advance.

hello

you could check in the GUI if the firewall is active
1. Datacenter -> Firewall -> Options -> Firewall: no/yes
2. Host -> Firewall -> Options -> Firewall: no/yes
If both are inactive you can also check if there are still some other firewall rules deployed, we currently use iptables for firewalling so you can check for rules with iptables-save further information about the firewall can be found in our documentation [0]
