When using the "Kesl" antivirus and an external NAS (smb/cifs), the root rpool is filled.
If I unmount the NAS, the space is freed up again. What needs to be done so that the space does not fill up when the NAS is mounted?

Hello.
It seems that your antivirus is scanning the whole backup files. Thus it takes long time. Thus the old backup file cannot be deleted by the backup rotation and the system. Thus your storage is full. And when you unmount or if you stop and start kesl, the space is cleared.
Solution : use antivirus inside VMs, encrypt backups (for security), use antivirus on the host but DO NOT SCAN BACKUP directories and raw/qcow disk images / CT directories.

Hello. I can't turn off the antivirus. I suspect that the problem can be solved by disabling caching when mounting network storage or inside zfs itself. I turned off L2ARC in ZFS, but the problem remained.I haven't figured out how to mount smb/cifs with the parameters I need yet.
