[SOLVED] fewer backups on sync target then on primary pbs ?

hello,
is it possible to somehow keep fewer backup snapshots on a remote sync target , then on the local pbs ?

i'm running into diskspace issues on my sync target where i keep an additional copy, but i want to better keep all backups on the pbs but i'm fine when the sync target keeps a shorter history

think we need some feature to add some "sync-policy" to the sync job ?

u can use a different retention policy for the remote pbs as for the local one

and after pruning/gc'ing most of the replicated snapshots - what happens on the next sync? wouldn't that snapshot get re-transferred?

iirc, sync pull only backups which are newer than last backup it has.
(sorry for my english)
