Hello Together,

i configured a "Backup Mailserver" which is receiving my mails in case my main server is offline.

I only got a "catch all" address on that Backupmail server.
Is it possible to tell fetchmail to "autodetect" the target based on "to address" of the mail?

Kind regards

have not tried that until now - so this is mostly from the documentation:
Check the manpage of fetchmail (`man fetchmailrc`) - the part about 'multidrop-mode' should describe what you need)
if you need to adapt the fetchmailrc (you cannot enter the necessary values in the GUI) you need to copy and adapt the configuration template:
see https://pmg.proxmox.com/pmg-docs/pmg-admin-guide.html#pmgconfig_template_engine

How does the setup work? (I thought that having a catchall on a backup-mx should lead to quite a large number of spam mails)

I hope this helps!
