fence_node issues

Hi guys,

having an issue with my cluster when i fence a node.

the fencing works fine and the server is power cycled but then it will not rejoin the cluster.

Connecting via putty and using pvecm nodes or clustat shows that its the only server online:

root@voyager:~# pvecm nodes
Node Sts Inc Joined Name
1 M 388888 2012-05-25 10:57:32 voyager
2 X 0 bellerophon
3 X 0 challenger
root@voyager:~#

although if i connect to one of the otehr nodes via putty and run the same command:

root@bellerophon:~# pvecm nodes

1 X 365136 voyager
2 M 360320 2012-05-24 15:44:17 bellerophon
3 M 365136 2012-05-24 18:18:35 challenger

any ideas what i'm doing wrong?
 
it came back online over the weekend withut me doing anything.... when you fence a node, is there a period of time that the fence takes to wear off?

What does the 'Inc' column mean and how can i reduce the numbers?
