Feature suggestion - formatting the time in restores

Do you think it would be sensible to show the duration ias hh:mm:ss, or also in that format? 11398 seconds is a bit meaningless unless you can divide my 60 in your head.

Yes, while we reworked the backup dialogue a few years back, making it easier to read for humans, the restore one was left out then as it's in a different (code) location, but that's not a real blocker, so yeah we can improve that and render time and bytes in a human friendly unit.
