Feature Request: VLAN Dropdown

Hi,

having the ability to select the VLAN ID from a list of allowed VLANs would be real nice thing for people like me with limited brain storage.

Add an option Network to the Datacenter root, and allow the ability to store VLAN ID - VLAN Description pairs, which can be used from the network tabs of each of the other areas.

Would be a good combination with the permission system to be able to allow only specific VLANs for a group of users.

This is implemented in sdn, where you can specific permissions on vnets && zones.
