When I restore a VM, Proxmox tell me if I want to restore on vm-os or vm-data, but it will restore all disks on the same storage.

For exemple, VM 102 has a disk on "vm-os", and another on "vm-data". If I choose "vm-os", the 2 disks will be restored on this pool. I can moove it after restore, but it will be better if we can choose separately the destination for each disks.

By default it tries to restore to the storages in the config. If you choose a custom storage all disks will be restored there.
Feel free to open an enhancement in our bug tracker: https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/

Ok, but in the backup drives ares listed in there own storages:

Not sure this is a bug, just Proxmox should ask for each disk.
