Feature request: incremental backup

Heya,

I was just playing with backups. Works nice of course, but.. it doesn't do incrementals as far as I can see. If you're running VE's that are 100 GB in size, backing up + compressing takes forever.

I would vote for an additional backup method which actually does incrementals. A lovely script I've been using for this purpose for over a year now is Backup2l (http://backup2l.sourceforge.net/). It's basically a set of scripts to create &restore tar backups. In the interface it should then be possible to give the command to "restore backup of VE xxxx of last monday".

This has my vote. In some ways I see this is the one and only "hole" - in all respects - is an outstanding product. :D
