Feature Request: advanced restore options in GUI

Hi,

3 years on and this is still an issue. Whats the rationale behind deleting mountpoints that aren't part of the backup anyway? I mean ok, the data isn't important enough to be backed up, that doesn't mean I want the data to be gone after a restore...
