[SOLVED] FEATURE REQUEST | ADD DISCLAIMER ON TOP OF MAIL

Currently I use disclaimer as HTML code which works fine.
But I would like to see that disclaimer on top of mail, not on bottom

Why

When mail has many replies, disclaimer is somewhere below, and nobody sees it. You have to scroll down, and you see many disclaimers together

I thought it would be better if you add a dropdown list with values "on bottom | on top" to indicate where disclaimer message should appear.
