Hi
I am working on a migration path from ESXi (vcenter, Cluster with 15 servers and FC Storage) to a future with Proxmox replacing all ESXi.
So far, Storage is configured using LMV, and working shared. The Configuration steps are many, and the risk of a misstake are many compared to ESXi. I really hope Proxmox will simplify this process.
Two major questions.
1. How to simplest make sure that Multipath and Storage is created identical on multiple servers in a cluster besides cut and paste files for every server?
2.How can I easiest create a LUN that is being used for storage of ISO files / installation medium, that can be shared between all nodes in a cluster? Looks like a LVM LUN isn't able to host files / folders.
Besides the complexity of getting things up running, Proxmox seems to perform really well.
Thanks
