Faulted Mirror Drive

Hello,

the 2 drives in the special mirror are showing the FAULTED status, what can I do to fix this or why it is faulty.

Did they break or overheat? Did they drop off the PCIe bus (what is the output of lspci -nnk)? Did you experiment with PCI(e) passthrough (of a device in the same IOMMU group)? Anything about nvme1 or nvme2 in journalctl ?
