FATAL! BUG in bnx2 module, eth0 got disconnected

I found problem and resolved that.......
i configed bios and kernel parameters :
1-my hard disk config was AHCI i changed it to IDE compatible mode
2-add "noirqdebug" kernel parameter to /boot/grub/menu.lst for example "kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.32-6-pve root=/dev/mapper/pve-root ro noirqdebug"
