Hi All,

Im new to these forums and new to proxmox.
I have the below issues as seen in the image after my server was rebooted by the hosting provider due to power failure.

How can I go about fixing this issue?

Your help and advice is appreciated.

Looks like a corrupted LVM thin pool. You'll have a boot into rescue mode and try to fix it with lvconvert --repair (hoping it'll be able to fix, it's not always the case)

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your feedback, I found a solution and managed to restore everything to working condition.

Please have a look at this link

I exported and repaired the metadata and then imported again.
