Failed to start a Linux distribution

I installed Proxmox 4 I think it works well when virtual machine in windows 8 and the start, but when I create a virtual machine linux / debian 8 gives me an error to start, I send the print command qm start

Thanks Tom , for your help , besides Wiki page no other source of information to help me better understand Proxmox and how do I put the issue resolved
 
1) Are you using ZFS ?
2) In the Hardware Tab of your Linux VM, select the hard disk, edit, set cache mode to writethrough. Does that help ?
