Failed to prepare disks for restore

Hi,

I am attempting to restore a virtual machine (VM) from a Veeam Agent-based backup. The VM was located on a Proxmox host when the backup was created, and I am trying to restore it to a different Proxmox host. However, I am encountering the following error while running the backup job:

"Failed to prepare disks for restore."

Can anyone provide insights on how to resolve this issue?

Are you using PVE 9? If so, Veeam’s restore paths do not yet fully support Proxmox 9

Yes, PVE 9.0.10. But Restoration is successful when using a host-level backup.
