Failed to connect via browser

Hi,
i'm new here. I installed Proxmox on my old laptop. I cannon connect to it through browser from my mian laptop when I'm connected to wireless network 5Ghz. Router sees the IP of Proxmox laptop 192.168.1.2. I tried also to connect from my smartphone but with the same result.
When I'm connected to wi-fi 2,4Ghz it works.
Any advice?

i changed language in Proxmox to Polish and now i cannot login also through 2,4Ghz wi-fi.
