I am new to this Proxmox stuffs.
Can anyone help me solving my problem here?

I am having 2 Clusters already, and would like to do online migration from one cluster to the other. However, on the log it shows
'Failed to sync data - can't do online migration - VM uses local disks'
I have read other threads, saying that we need to use shared storage of whatsoever.

How can I do that? I'm so confused. I have tried to edit the storage on the configuration tab, but the Shared check box cannot be edited.

Thank you in advance :D

I assume you have two nodes, not two clusters!?

If you want KVM live migration, the VM disks need to stored on shared storage - e.g. FC SAN, iSCSI, NFS, ...
See http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Storage_Model

By clicking the check box "shared" you just tell the Proxmox VE system that its a shared storage, you do not share it by clicking this box.
