As indicated in the URL you provided, F5 already offers information regarding BIG-IP VE on Proxmox/KVM. Therefore, the most reliable way to obtain accurate information regarding support scope and precautions is to contact F5 directly.

We have used virtual appliances such as F5, A10, and Cisco CML on Proxmox for evaluation purposes, and so far we have not encountered any particular problems.
