Extreme high IO Delays in 1.4 and no vzdump --restore in 1.3

Hello,
I have very high IO Delays in 1.4 compared to 1.3 with the same hardware. I just reinstalled to 1.3 and did an upgrade and noticed that I cannot restore my backups, no vzdump --restore exists and qmrestore is not available on 1.3. Could anyone tell me if 1.3 is useless now that 1.4 have been released, or is there a way to restore still in 1.3? vzdump --restore worked prior to the apt-get upgrade on 1.3.

As for the restore function it's called vzrestore now.

With vzrestore you are not able to restore qemu VMs.
