external usb hard drive disconnects

Hi all,
I connected an external usb hard disk to my notebook with proxmox.
The usb disconnects about once a day,

With lsusb I can see the drive:

Anyone can help me?
 
Please check whether a power saving function is activated in the bios of your notebook.
Have you noticed this behavior with other USB devices?
Does the same USB device run on another computer without interruption?

thanks for your reply, I checked the bios and disabled all the power management options... 3 day passed and no disconnection, I hope it is solved!
