I just finished setting up a Proxmox server for the first time. Is it possible to export an entire Proxmox config for complete restoration of the configuration later? If so, can someone please tell me how to accomplish this?

There is no such feature. If you want to be able to easily restore a fully configured PVE I would recommend to create a blocklevel backup of your entire system disk. For example by booting clonezilla from a pen drive. It also useful to regularily backup your "/etc" folder (especially "/etc/pve") but you can't just replace the complete /etc folder when setting up a new PVE server.
