Everybody who run unprivileged container on NFS-Share and use Proxmox Backup Server please give some backup times of big data container from 1 TB upwards. Maybe u give info about the data mix...more small files or more big files - maybe in percentage. I'm very interested how much more time you need according to snapshot mode.
