I wish to expand raw disk drive from 10Gb to 15Gb. Then I wish to expand C: drive inside it.
S.o. is Win2k8.

I would add a new 15 GB disk to the KVM guest and then boot from a disk-clone live cd (e.g. clonezilla). then copy everything (disk-to-disk) to the new 15 GB.

remove the 10 GB disk and boot the windows. should be just fine and you can grow the 10 GB c: partition with the windows toolset to 15 GB (disk management).
