I got a power outage and Proxmox went down. On reboot 5 VMs (all Ubuntu 22.04 similar setup) can't boot. I've done update to Proxomox and rebooted a few times, and Other VMs work normally many with identical config and same SSD disk location than non working ones. I've tried many different config changes but nothing helped. If I switch to SeaBios I can boot to Parted Magic, and I've checked FS of VM and was OK. I've done also qemu-img check -r all /path/to/mydisk.qcow2 and on 1 disk it found 7 errors and corrected them, but still no boot. I see that when I boot it doesn't even show inital Proxmox screen "press esc..."
It seems to be some config boot problem not really problem with VM. on OVMF it should at least show inital boot screen, or it should be able to boot into PartedMagic as iso is UEFI/legacy boot compatible.
I've enabled serial0 but nothing is showed in the terminal. (probably VM client should be setup in grub or something)
What else I could try?
