[SOLVED] Exclude templates from backup jobs running with option "Selection Mode: ALL"

Hi there,

to make sure every produtive VM will be backuped, even if it will be setup later, we are running the backup jobs with option "Selection Mode: ALL" on every node. What we don't want to be backuped are the VM templates. Is there an option avaiable to exclude templates from backup jobs in generaly?

no, but you could use 'pool based' backups and put all your guests but not the templates in a pool
edit: or probably better: use the 'exclude' mode and exclude all templates
