This is weird. My server is always getting disconnected from the LAN (the network card indicator LED is both turned off completely).
I'm sure there's something wrong with the proxmox or proxmox config. Because when I install windows on the SSD. The Ethernet acts normally.

- It has no problem when I login to windows
- it has no problem when I goto BIOS Setting

The ethernet only dies when the system successfully booted to PROXMOX.

I dunno what to do. Please help

Hi,

can you please provide the output of pveversion -v, lspci -tv and journalctl -b (as attachment please) and of the system when running Proxmox VE?

This sounds like some driver issue, esp. the (kernel) log might help diagnose this further.

Hello,
It seems like the server won't work without connecting to the internet. Does usually proxmox ve check for license online first before user can access it?
Now I can only access the server through SSH. Web UI doesn't work.
here's the lspci and journalctl output:

Code:
lspci -tv

No, it does not.
Now I can only access the server through SSH. Web UI doesn't work.
So Ethernet is working.

And looking at your screenshots: The Web UI runs on port 8006, not the standard HTTPS port.
So in your web browser, navigate to https://192.168.0.100:8006 - note the :8006 at the end.

OMG!!! I was so stupid!!
THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!
Just one question tho, do I have to access the Web UI by Ethernet only? Because WLAN doesn't work at all. I can't even ping the server

This should work normally, so I guess there's something up with your network configuration.

Is your WiFi network in the (sub-)network as your PVE server? Are there other devices you could ping, in the same (physical) network as the PVE server, to see if it works?

What network address does your WiFi run in? (So network address and -mask)
