Esxi 5 to Proxmox

I am about to dive into Proxmox. I have a customer still using Esxi 5 and would like to migrate them to Proxmox. Any documentation for the steps involved. Currently running on old Dell hardware that will be replaced. Probably use some flavor of iSCSI NAS.

The wiki for Proxmox is a good place to look.
It has all the info you need for Proxmox VE and is well maintained by the Proxmox VE team.

The wiki also has a article about migrating to Proxmox VE and should also contain the migration tool info from esxi to Proxmox VE.
