Hi,

Thanks for making such a great product available. I have just started trying out the free version.

I am using an old machine below recommended specs for the trial.

I updated the clamAV as described in the forum. Chose to keep the old config files (Did not update the clamAVonfig files - Is this OK?)

I am getting some errors (below). Can you help?

Regards,

Kuriyan

Those timeouts are usually no problem - I guess it happens sometimes because your machine is a bit too slow. But mails are delivered correctly anyways.

i have the same problem (an old hardware), can i set the maximum time a little higher ?
and where i can set this parameter?

thanks!

How often do you get those error messages? (Virus analysis should not take more the 0.5 seconds). How much memory do you have, what kind of CPU?

You need a faster computer with more ram.

There is no parameter to adjust the timeout, simply because its not needed when you use a resonable fast hardware.
