Errors in my ZFS Pool

Basically I'm trying to figure out, how I can get ride of this error ?

The error would depend what kind of ZFS raid are you using or general layout of the drives. With RAID-Z2/Z3 it is rare to see a data corruption unless there are multiple physical drive errors which happens to hold chunks of same data block.

How did you setup your zpool?

I don't totally remember but I have 5 2TB SSDs setup as follows :

Is it a fair assumption if I remove 104, the error will disappear ?
