Errors importing from VMware 6.7

Hi all,

Wondering if you can help me. I have a couple VM's all EFI in VMware 6.7.

1. Deleted all snapshots (most vm's didnt have any)
2. Made sure there were no ctk files and that all vmdk's were flat
3. Rebooted the VM's before a final shutdown to merge all data from any deleted snapshots or merged ctk files
4. Shutdown the VM's
5. Used VMware Converter standalone to connect and export the VM's as VMware workstation 16.x
6. Uploaded to proxmox data store using WinSCP
7. Converted the VM's from vmdk to .qcow2 using

qemu-img convert -f vmdk -O qcow2 vmfilename.vmdk vm-110-disk-1.qcow2

8. Imported to proxmox vm using

qm importdisk 110 vm-110-disk-0.qcow2 DATASTORE --format qcow2

9. Note: I am running zfs
10. Switched BIOS from SeaBIOS to OVMF
11. Added EFI disk

Error and not sure where to go from here
