Hello, how are you? When I perform a backup on the VM, it gives me this error, and even when I convert disk to vmdk, it gives me something like this. Is there an error in the disk? As for the space, it does.

seems source disk has problem, like faulty hdd.
try plain copy to confirm.

maybe you should try using another disk
