Error when uploading subscription key

We use the mail gateway since a short time and we bought the community subscription but when I upload it to the server I get the following message:

* make sure that you paste the key without any stray spaces
* does the key match the regex: pmg([cbsp])-[0-9a-f]{10} (starts with 'pmg' followed by either c,b,s,p followed by -xxxxxxxxxxx (where each x is a hexdigit) ?

it is fixed, there was a problem with the subscription.
