error when start vm qmp command failed

I have 3 node promox running ceph, I can not start vm with error log, anyone help me how to fix it.

May 10 22:47:16 pve1 systemd[1]: 204.scope: Succeeded.
May 10 22:47:17 pve1 pvestatd[1790]: VM 204 qmp command failed - VM 204 not running
 
This is usually indicative of some other error hindering the VM to start (mount issues are a common occurance). Can you post your VM config ('qm config <vmid>'), 'pveversion -v' output and also the full VM start task log? Also a bit more context to your journal logs might be helpful...
