Error:- waiting for quorum...

Hi all,

I'm install proxmox ve 5.4 in debian 9 on both (Node And Cluster).
After i connect node to the cluster, the error are shown in the below image:-



I'm Waiting more than 60 min. but the process are not completed.

Please share the solution of this error.

I'm configure proxmox ve 5 on debian 9 in VPS.
I cannot find any error on installation time.
Below image the version of Proxmox on both nodes.

And i reboot the server.

After that i edited hosts file in both node.
Node_1:-

Node_2:-

When i check both node using ping command connectivity are working fine.

After that i can add cluster on node_1 using cmd
#pvecm create "any name"

then i add node_2 to cluster

After 2 hours it's still continuously showing waiting for quorum.
After to stopping the process , I cannot access the secondary node UI.
In Primary node UI, the secondary node are shown but not active.

Then after i delete node from cluster using doc and reinstall PVE.
After restart service(pve-cluster corosync ) on both node,
i can add second node to cluster,


But issue are not resolve, Please Help me to resolve the issue
