Error uploading ubuntu-14.04-standard_14.04-1_amd64.tar.gz on Proxmox 3.4

Uploading the template ubuntu-14.04-standard_14.04-1_amd64.tar.gz downloaded from http://download.proxmox.com/images/system/ I get the following error missing iso
Any tips?

Simply use the GUI to download templates should also work.

Once installed succesfully Ubuntu 14 LTS, I 'm not able to login via ssh, password error, of course I'm sure I'm using the right password.

Also I tryed to logged in proxmox via SSH,
> vzctl enter 100
> passwd ....
I changed succesfully the password
I tryed to login via putty into the container 100 with the new password with no success
access denied
