got to pvecm status
error:

Corosync config '/etc/pve/corosync.conf' does not exist - is this node part of a cluster?
Cannot initialize CMAP service

apt dist-upgrade does nothing!
What now?

if this isn't an cluster, the pvecm output is normal.
