error on adding nfs share storage

after adding an nfs share storage i went to the content of that storage i have this error massage: mount error: mount.nfs: requested NFS version or transport protocol is not supported (500)
how do i fix this please?? thank you

ok..this is what need to do to my server...i need to create 2 vps and 2 poeple can login with their own login detail so what are the steps i need to confure the server with openvz?? iam using proxmox version2 on an ovh server ...my server right now is storage...local(ks390225)...5.1%
if you need i can pm you the login detail so you can help me to create some vps
