Hello everybody
One of our customers has problems with his backups. The server are let unmanaged, but backups are somewhere in the grey zone as we offer 1TB of Backup storage space per physical server and he is using our backup server. I am going to post some of the error messages. Note that only a part of the backups does not work. I estimate about 1/4 of the vms are afflicted.
I googled for it but found only one hit, which redirected to this forum. I will start posting data and you just tell me what you need, additionally, to diagnose the problem.
pveversion -v
proxmox-ve: 7.4-1 (running kernel: 5.15.102-1-pve)
pve-manager: 7.4-3 (running version: 7.4-3/9002ab8a)
pve-kernel-5.15: 7.4-1
Unfortunately I could not find an equivalent of "pveversion" on pbs. Is there a way to collect all the necessary data?
Yours sincerely
Stefan
