Error install VGA 1060 3GB for proxmox ?

EDIT: I guessed wrong (and maybe should not reply before I know the actual question). Thank you Dunuin for correcting me.

He wants to use Nvidia vGPU to split the GPU into virtual GPUs with a consumer GPU that doesn't usually allow that without a lot of hacking and even then there would be licensing problems as vGPU is a paid feature and Nvidia of cause doesn't offer you a way to pay a monthly fee for feature that you shouldn't be allowed to use in the first place.
Didn't tried that myself but what I've seen so far it isn't that stable. People can't upgrade PVE as the hacked drivers won't support newer kernels and similar stuff.

For legal use of vGPU with proper Enterprise GPUs and licensing there is a wiki article on how to set it up with PVE 7.2: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/NVIDIA_vGPU_on_Proxmox_VE_7.x

If I do it this way, can I use it for free?

You would still need to pay for licensing (hundreds to thousands of € per year) to use that vGPU feature and those enterprise GPUs aren't cheap. That RTX A5000 used in the wiki article for example is 2000€.

Would be cheaper to just buy a bunch of GPUs and put them into your machine in case you care about stability or legal use.

I have a spare GTX1060 3GB graphics card I think just attach it to use.
So besides having to buy a license, is there any other way to use it? Because I'm just an individual, I don't have that much money to invest.

Without a lot of hacking to get that vGPU working with your GTX1060, you could only use that GPU with a single VM at a time. For that you need to use PCI passthrough and once you passthrough that GPU into a VM, neither the PVE host nor any other VM might use it.

You can try to get vGPU running, but don't expect to get any support for that from the proxmox team. That is at least a legal gray area, if not illegal, so they probably won't try to help you to net get into trouble themselves.

Is there a detailed video tutorial, if any for yourself please video to watch and follow with, thank you very much.
