Its possible that you have a bad flux capacitor somewhere along the SATA path, bad cable, bent pin, just bad disk.
There is no way to troubleshoot it remotely. What we know is that you had an unrecoverable (data lost) error somewhere between the disk and OS.

There are many steps you can take:
- re-seat all cables
- replace them
- connect to different interface
- replace the disk
- use a disk specific tool to test
- nothing
