I'm using Proxmox ve 5 on debian 9.

How can we use VM Clone Templates to LXC container Templates.

Is it possible or not?

Please Help me.

Hi,
you can't clone(convert) a KVM to LXC with the template feature.
Ther is no automated way to convert KVM to/from LXC, which Proxmox VE offers.
And I don't know any project what can do this.
